HR Cordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise personal which typically includes recommendations for hiring, firing, performance evaluation, training and problem resolutions.
  • Establish the IMS- based on 9001, 22000, 14001 & 18001training plan and conduct the training and annual vacation plan.
  • Manages daily administrative operations of a department including establishing work priorities, assist in resolving problems related to the day-to-day operations.
  • Participates in management review meetings, as and when required. 5- Identify and record any problems with regard to products, processes and the IMS-HACCP FS System.
  • Reviews, reconciles and evaluate monthly ledgers, budgets, and financial reporting system reports for unit accounts, assists with fiscal planning, development and management of annual budgets.
  • Plans, develops, and coordinates the execution of program policy, producers and operations, monitor compliance.
  • Oversees, coordinates, maintains, and /or processes payroll time sheets, sick and annual leave documents, travel reimbursements, purchasing document
  • Maintain all paper work related to IMS-ISO standard.
Key Accountability & Result:
  • Focus more on creating value than running programs.
  • Become actively involved in the development of HRM goals and strategies in support of mission accomplishment and the effective communication of those policies to managers.
  • Act as consultants to managers on HRM issues, helping and encouraging them to consider the people aspect of their business decisions.
  • Simplify, streamline, or automate existing HRM processes such as staffing and classification.
  • Provide managers with accessible on-line HRM information.
